Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package is then prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping Time
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.
All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Where is my package?

After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu on our website.

For logistical reasons, an order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.

My tracking number isn’t working

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated. If tracking still shows no information after several days, you can contact customer service.
