Information on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered at the same time;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods in a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by e-mail: SUPPORT@atelierhonneur.uk.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without delay and no later than 30 days after we have received your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods,
    whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period expires.

The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Reasons for Exclusion and Forfeiture of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

  • for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life;

  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal lapses prematurely in the case of agreements:

  • for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

  • for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

  • for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

    The return address on our packages is not our address for returns. Upon request, you will receive our return address by e-mail.
